sonic
Hi all I have recently read in Sumner's 'Roman Military Clothing 2' that there is a 'crudely executed' mosaic in Faenza possibly celebrating Stilicho's victory at Pollentia. Despite long searching, I can't find a picture of this anywhere. Does anyone own a photo of this or know where there are any? Cheers Ian

Hmmmm. Maybe should use Google rather than Yahoo for searching! I only know about it myself from a 'throwaway' line made by Roy Boss, who saw it referenced in a Graham Sumner book. Thanks for the link. At least I now know what it looks like. Edited June 9, 2009 by sonic
