Turb0!
Got Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Augustus, Livius, and Caius Marius.... Im wondering if they mean Seneca the Elder or Seneca the Younger. If nothing else that distinction could point to my propensity for suicide, haha.

guy
According to the quizz: Horatius Flaccus, Hadrian, Lucretius, Gaius Marius, Livius... How I really feel: When I feel studious: Galen, the physician. When I feel decadent (but noble): Gaius Petronius as depicted in Quo Vadis. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAzzFJgH-ww I love Petronius's insincere flattery of the degranged Nero in this scene: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xP2b_TSh95w guy also known as gaius Edited May 15, 2010 by guy
Melvadius
Like most I seem to have provided myself with a confused result, I never considered myself that much of a 'Stoic' although Livy's histrical bent does ring a few bells. I suspect it's more to do with where the very jerky slide bar stopped when I tried moving it to indicate the priority I gave to each answer than precisely where the question setter drew the questions or even how close I am to the individuals listed. i. Seneca ii Livius iii Marcus Aurelius iv Augustus v Q. Horatius Flaccius Possibly something to keep a record of and go back to in a few months time to see if the same result is derived - I bet it isn't. GhostOfClayton
1st. Quintus Horatius Flaccus - At the risk of showing a chink of weakness before my fellow forum members, I really don't know who this chap is. Wikipedia beckons! =2nd. Claudius - Much admired by me. I have "I Claudius" on DVD, so I shall watch it again. =2nd. Hadrianus - This chap was my prediction. Certainly had some traits that I admire, but attempted religious genocide wasn't one of them. =2nd. Livius - I don't see it. In his writing, Livy seemed to have a tendency to go on . . and on . . and on . . and on . . and on. I, on the other hand . . ?
