falkor2k9 Posted April 22, 2009 Report Share Posted April 22, 2009 (edited) It doesn't really tell us anything new... Wroxeter seemed to be the only town that survived well into the sub-Roman period. Even a traditional place of such significance as Bath had to be abandoned because of the Anglo-Saxon threat and economic chaos that followed after the Romans withdrew. The most interesting thing about Bath for me is the Greek Pholos!
