Would it be impertinent to ask how long that Italian restaurant has been in operation?
DecimusCaesar
From the article: About a thousand fragments thought to date from around AD120 have been recovered. Experts hope that the entire decorative scheme, believed to have been part of a building demolished after a fire, may eventually be reconstructed. I can't wait to see the reconstruction. According to the article the find will be published in an archaeology magazine later today. Hopefully they might turn up some other significant finds from the area.
