Ok Not To Go :P i am a Fresh ma n in highschool and i have Latin and i am not so good a translation can some one help me out please if you could, could you translate this for me???????????????? :huh:

Lucius, adulescentulus (a very young man), cum pueris familiae ad ludum ambulavit. In ludo magister de (about) poetis claris (famous), Homero*et Vergilio*, de* philosophis (guess!) Aristotele* et Lucretio* , de* viris claris (famous), Pericle* et Iulio Caesare* docuit.

 

Gymnasiarchi (the gym instructors, nom. pl.) pueros Romanos in disciplina physicali (guess!) exercuerunt. Romani verba poetae Iuvenalis* (genitive sing.), qui (who, nom. sing.) docuerat "Mens sana in corpore (body) sano"*, semper in (their) memoria tenebant.

 

Pueri, Cornelius et Claudius, ad ludum ambulaverunt; puellae in casa cum matre (mother, abl. Sing.) laboraverunt. Puellae fuerunt Terentia et Terentia Secunda*; matri (to their mother, dative) auxilium donaverunt. Mater (mother, nom. Sing.) erat exemplum matronae Romanae; puellae erunt matronae Romanae.

 

 

Docere amo. Discipulos terrere non amo. Est gratum docere scientiam* Anglicae (English, gen. sing.) lingua Latina. Litteris* Romani nobis (to us, dat. pl.) historiam* vitarum nuntiant. In ludis multos (many) discipulos habemus et eos (them) Romanos amare docemus
