Primus Pilus
Indeed, other than one strange quirk with the home page, everything seems to have gone smoothly. Of course, should anyone notice anything strange as you browse... please do let us know.

Primus Pilus
phew! great to see everyone again! ps-what is the "palette html" file that keeps opening up every time I post or edit? Moon is searching for the little cockaroach now as we speak. [edit] it appears to be a Firefox only issue

Lost_Warrior
I noticed a "homepage quirk" at school but that may just be the school comps...seems it opened a "download" dialogue box every time I tried to view the page...I don't know about now though as I don't go to the homepage I go directly to the forum. It's much faster now which I'm quite glad to see P.S. I use firefox and I did not have that error that Pertinax spoke of, so it must be fixed by now. Primus Pilus
The only major item still potentially not working right seems to be file uploads. All in all though a relatively event free transfer thanks to our friendly neighborhood Moonlapse.
Moonlapse
Uploads should be good now. Apparently, the upload directory setting in the configuration file means nil, I had to set it in the forum control panel.

Spurius
Maybe I spoke too soon.... Go to this thread here. Note the thread starter and look again on the second page. thealphafemale has a zero post count, even with the two posts here. Still listed as a member, not Damnatio. Is this a problem? Or just a quibble? The member page has a four post history but the display reads 0. I think I've seen another like this, but I can't remember the name. "Bubble, bubble....toil and trouble....." Reason for edit: Damn-atio spelling Edited March 1, 2006 by Spurius

A good investigative eye there Spurius ... however some time ago we turned off the post counting for the 'off-topic' forum as the idea was to encourage posts in the history discussion areas.
