Kenneth cummings 105 Royal navy Alfred Anderson 109 Black watch Henry Allingham 109 Royal navy William Roberts 105 Royal flying corps Harold Lawton 106 4th East Yorkshire Regiment Bill Stone 105 Royal navy Bert Clarke 105 Northamptonshire Regiment Nicholas Swarbick 107 Merchant navy Harry Patch 107 Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry With remembrance day coming up i fought it fitting to commend these last remaining British veterans so Big thank you to these and all the other men who fought for the freedom we shamelessly take for granted. I would be interested to know how many veterans from other nations still survive so if you can,post your own nations survivors,thanks. Today (The 11th of the 11th) we held our remembrance day. 60 000 Australians died in the futile campaign of Gallipoli, and at the trenches on the Western Front. along with many others from Britain and it's empire.
