Viggen
Ithaca, the island home of Greek hero Odysseus described in Homer's Odyssey, was an area of Kefalonia formerly separated by a channel of water, a group of U.K. geologists and Greek mythology specialists said. New evidence suggests that it was actually Paliki on the western part of the island. full article at Bloomberg
Spurius
From the first time I read Homer (8 years old), wily Odysseus has been one of my heroes. If they find anything with the dig, I guess my well earned money will be spent on a trip there in the future.
