Greco-Roman sculpture found in Turkey

A Greco-Roman sculpture head of Zeus was found in the ancient city of Aphrodisias, Turkey. It dates from the 2nd or 3rd century AD. It measures 66 cm (almost 26 inches).

The sculptors and sculptures of Aphrodisias were known throughout the Roman world.
