Tyre = Troye

Because the Coptic people (Old Egyptian christians)

use a ancient greec alphabethic script and mean the name of Tutu's (TWTW) personal name

= Tyr = Zeus = Tue from Tuesday. Thuinas Thuinar etc

was the god of the Teutons.

found in:

Foraboschi: Onomasticon Alterum Papyrologicum and

The egyptian god Tutu a study of the sfinx god etc Olaf E. Kaper

Than it is a misinterpretation (Babylonical) language problem and the name varies in different pronounciations

(excuse my english)

True, but they were both rebuilt. Troy was a tourist city until the Late Empire while Tyre was famous in the empire for it's tall insulae.

Rebuilt by the destroyers, how does that compare?

We have the Matterhorn here in Santa Ana not to mention a castle and an Africa Safari!!! In Vegas there is a pyramid, an Eiffel Tower, Caesars Palace and the Venetian Canals. Not the same really.

If you are indicating that your belief that the sundry 'reconstructions' in Vegas and elsewhaere in America are cheap pastiches of the real thing then you probably will have a lot who agree with you.

However rebuilding on the same site especially if a site does not go completely out of use, is efectively just another phase in that particular sites use. Some aspects of the previous buildings or street layout usually survives therefore archaeologically even if not artistically or socialogically they ARE comparable.
