    can someone tell me when this(HBO's "Rome") airs on BBC and which network, I'm leaving Wednesday for the UK and would love to catch the series from the beginning if at all possible thanks and sorry I jumped in, it was for lack of better place to put this...

    my top meals inc "standard" fare such as medium rare prime rib (various) rabbit w/potatoes au gratin in the south of France 1998 ham green bean one pot simmer a family recipe HOG MAW (pan fried ground beef &/or sausage in potato,bread crumbs,diced onion and celery w/seasonings bound by raw egg and baked in pig's stomach)!, a traditional PA Dutch recipe WORST food experience had to be raw oysters in Bar Harbor, ME early 90s

    technically speaking I am unemployed and live the life of a "kept woman" however I would like to earn some sustenance from sales of my arts and crafts in the near future

    off the top of my head I'd have to say Augustus, first of course I'd be interested to meet Constantine towards the end of his life, and Empress Helena...she must have been an interesting woman

    I am originally from the USA but enjoy travel and am embarking on a 4 month trip to the UK next week hopefully I'll get to some of the better Roman sites
