Some or if any may notice that I'm as of lately rarely inactive. I have very good reasons:
1) For about a whole month, high school made a serious challenge on me, the RESEARCH ESSAY.The extra hassle was that I had a teacher who absolutely loved grading papers and she has very high standards which I barely live up to. So there goes weeks of my life spent writing and writing and writing...writing. We had to focus our essay on the subject of 20th century American authors. I first got stuck with Sarah Orne Jewett, who has an incredible online source, but a very horrific lack of textual sources. For three days I wasted time searching for a biography of an author which the task was hard as heck to find books like those in nearby libraries or even college ones. I was advised by a school aid to change authors and so I did. I changed to BERNARD MALAMUD, now he's a cool cat. I absolutely like this author, he says so many interesting things concerning morality and basically extentilism, a weird philosophy. But sadly, he didn't have a biography because he admits he's very private, so barely got by the first part in my essay with a general biography. Weeks later, I've exhausted myself and turned the 'monstrosity" in.
2) After the essay, now athletics have made a call to me. It's that time of year again for lacrosse season. My, how I hate condition in sports. All you do is run, run, run... otherwise, lots of stick skills and catching. Then I have these idiotic freshmens who suck so bad, but hey, its the first week of practice. Just hope our team won't suck this year. Our practices last from 3:30 - 5:45/6:00, now that sucks. When practices ends, I make an tiring drive home. When I get home, I'm too damn sore and sleepy, so I really have no time to give UNRV a long visit.
So I hope I have more time to participate.
Oh by the way, has anyone watched the History Channel's Boudicca documentary? I must say, I love it!
