I hope this is the right forum for this question but can someone point me to a good resource that would have information on Roman cities of say, around 150 A.D.? Looking for information like city size, layout or structure of the city, if possible, trade goods, etc. Looking for information on most cities of the Italian peninsula other than Rome, in particular Syracuse, Naples, Ravenna, Pisae, Verona, Aquileia. If this has been asked before, please forgive a newbie and point me to the relevant reference. Thanks!

Does anyone know personally or where to direct me to information about how the Africans were outfitted in their wars against the Romans? What weapons/armor did they use or have available? Tactics? Etc? Any era will be fine that you can direct me to, I'll be happy. I'm knew to the board so please take it easy on me if this is posted somewhere.
