    I'm a 17 year old high school student from New Zealand currently studying Classical Studies. I am deeply interested in the subject and plan to do a BA majoring in Classical Studies next year. I'm definitely not a professional historian at the moment but one day I hope to be!

    This bust of Philip the Arab is probably my favourite piece of Roman art. I love Roman veristic art. The anxious expression is captured brilliantly. I also love this statue of Augustus The exquisite detail and elaborate drapery is simply breathtaking.

    Hello everyone, I was doing some research on Sulla and stumbled across this interesting site. I'm deeply fascinated by all things Greco-Roman and after reading several of the threads on here I decided to join. From what I've seen so far its a great site and I look forward to discussing the greatness of Rome with you all!
