    Plantain

Haha useful weeds are the best kind
  3. I like the ads. They are actually relevant and :gasp!: useful. I'm sick of seeing ads for RPG sites or etc on websites. Its about time some adverts started making sense
  4. Pots of flaming honey? where ever do you come up with this stuff?? How did they get their enemies to eat the honey, does Pliny or Strabo say?
  5. Lol we don't have them much here actually. They're more a southern/western thing. Kinda rare in the mountains of Pennsylvania
  6. lol I LIKE the big icons in firefox. They're easy to use
  7. Hehe we call those things "dust devils" in America. They are usually in dust, but I suppose they could be in hay as well
  8. I HATE IE. IE is slow. Firefox is fast, looks better, easier to use, I also like the tab function. What's safari? Is it any good? I've never heard of it but I REALLY like the name. Lol I would seriously switch just because I like the name Safari
  9. Hmm, I never thought of that ::grins:: I like that idea though! I've got this odd feeling that I *know* that necklace from somewhere. I can't figure out where though.
  10. OMG LOLOLOL!!! Oh, my This is even funnier because I am totally hyped on caffein right now
  11. haha I don't think they have tornados in europe. I may be mistaken, but I've never heard of it, even in modern times. Fire was also alot more difficult to fight than it is today.
  12. lol thanks guys. Yes FVC I don't think I'll be chopping all my hair off again anytime soon
  13. haha yea. I tend not to eat my "landscaping" anyway The picture is up in my gallery btw.
  14. I had forgotten about the air bubbles lol. I find it to be a bit surprising, and bitterly ironic, that the Temple of Jupiter burnt down...several times if I'm not mistaken.
  15. I don't know, I just think it is He's cute, isn't he?
  16. (finally got around to posting this) I actually wore this under my graduation gown. My mom made it. Isn't she special? Aren't I weird?
  17. This is a very tiny laurel plant, just a baby. Unfortunately he kind of blends in with the grass, I hope you can stil make him out
  18. This is my idea of "prayer beads" lol. I'm immesely proud of them, as it's the first time I've actually managed to combine Roman and Celtic design elements without it being a complete failure. The beads are moss agate and petersite (petersite is the brown ones) and the moon shaped bead has a moonstone on it. The charm, of course, is an eagle. I'm very happy with the beads, I love the feel of round beads lol. One of them has a bunch of chips out of it, and it looks like it's going to chip more, that poor little bead looks so demented now :'( I actually picked one of the chips off because it had a rough spot which was catching on my skin.
  19. Ah, my mountain laurel has tiny leaves, only about 2 or 3 inches long. Unfortunately the plant is a young transplant (I was surpremely saddened that my new home had no mountain laurel, only rhodedendrons, so I moved one from my dad's (he was cutting down my beloved laurel!) I brought three, only one survived.) It only got one bloom on it this year, and we were surprised to find that. But I haven't a picture of it in bloom. I hope the deer leave enough leaves on it that it survives the winter. We thought it wouldn't this past year.
  20. well...today started out that way but things settled down a bit.
  21. I prefer http://www.1001freefonts.com/. Moonlapse, I hate those "idiots" book. I'll just ask my mom, she used to be a banker and knows her way around $$
  22. At some point I'll post a picture then
  23. The laurel I mean is "mountain laurel", the smaller, wild veriety of Rhodedendron. When it crosses with a Rhodedendron it is very odd, huge leaves, sometimes as big as six inches long and really wide. I saw a whole forest full of these mutants once.
