Hi! Doug, Interesting collection. I must take a closer look at your blog. I have only a few coins but my reasons for buying were not numismatic really. I have a long interest in Rome and some of her adversaries. I started with the Persian siglos a favourite era in history and bought several Roman coins along the way including Septimius Severus until my last coins of Sassanian Drachm.
