I'm a writer (Eromenos) who lives in Virginia with my husband and four cats. I'm a native of Arkansas and my Campbell ancestors were Highland Scots. (I also like to take personal credit for even more distant ancestors having necessitated Hadrian's wall. . .!) Have an MFA in fiction, have published short stories as well, worked as a reporter. Spent some time in Italy while working on the novel (as a catsitter in a Tuscan villa--best job ever). My husband, Kevin McDonald, also has written a book, Above The Clouds: Managing Risk in the World of Cloud Computing. (He's much better at computer stuff than I am.)
