    Is it really our fault the nicely clothed, 'I'm going to overwhelm you with sheer numbers' Persians lost? The Spartans did something rare in beating back all those Persians wave after wave. They knew they were going to die and they did one heck of a job. I'm going to see it.

    The best explanation I can probably give was that the American army was at that time not up to speed with much of Europe. I personally believe the later the Americans entered the war, the less the economic toll would be. America liked to put its business in small matters but a World War was a big issue. Perhaps it even shows to its German citizens that it will choose a path of nonalignment if not directly impacted.

    Do you guys want to gather for a Roman event or just to meet up and talk about Roman things? What is the intention and purpose, if it's for the sake of seeing one another a cetralized place would be the best option. If only we all lived in Britain having everything within a 10 mile radius.

    Ohio State Xavier was the epitomy of March Madness. That VCU vs PITT game nearly gave me a heart attack at the age of 16. I predicted UNLV to beat Wisconsin, no upset in that game in my mind. First round I was 25-7 yesterday I was 8-0! :pimp:
