(From around 7am to 2pm). The only people who actually started work at IX were prostitutes, who were sometimes called 'ninth-hour' girls because they were not allowed to practice before then. I have the book in question - I find it great to dip into for a quick read now and then. Perhaps it works better this way than as a cover-to-cover read?
