It may be a Rumex variant .

I haven't seen it in flower yet this year (unless I missed it). I don't know when it blooms, but the recent heavy rains have messed everything up. When I see it in bloom I'll snap a picture for you.

 

It appears kind of like snapdragon flowers, they are bright orange and red and when you squeeze them, a "tongue" comes out. They are much smaller than snapdragon flowers though.
