Egypt. Flight of fancy

I only clicked on this because I couldn't figure out what it was. I still don't know what it is, but I like it Did you draw this yourself? The shading and depth is awesome and I love the medium.

Yeah, it is my picture but I drew it four years ago when was in Egypt. It is pastel. I remember that my mood was some uneasy in that time and the picture looks some threatening for me. I don't remember why I drew the strange figure in the front of picture. Nevertheless I like it too. Can say that the figure is my terrible mood in that moment. My later pictures are more realistic.

Reminds me of Salvador Dali. I don't like most of his work, but a few of his pictures are really awesome.

Yes, you are right. I tried to imitate the styles of masters when I learned painting only. I like Dali. The greatest his picture for me is the picture with tiger, bumblebee and sleeping girl. It has very long and difficult name and I dont know how translate it on English. Do you know this picture?

Yea, I think I've seen it. I love his painting of the crucifixion, its my favorite.
