Tempramentally they are excellent, I understand that the biggest problem is diagnosis of disease.They are hardy and self reliant and dont have a death wish like sheep.I am wearing my alpaca socks as we speak-ah what joy! I also am told that are excellent guard animals.A top notch breeding male costs about $10,000. Quote Link to comment
