I saw the box on the site...a nice touch. I just haven't received a newsletter yet, so I can't comment!

Hahahaha! That was me who went "Huh? Wot newsletter?"

 

But I saw the sign-up box first thing this morning! Now, no one can miss it. Not even ME!

I rarely leave the forum; I was aware that there was a newsletter, but I'm not a big fan of newsletters. I've "got my fingers in too many pies" so to speak and they quickly clog up my inbox.

Official feedback: Yay! Actually, I just like the fact that it's not in Courier New. The next step would be to include 'letterhead' or some other 'official' symbol of UNRV. But good so far!

Letterhead...like a graphic at the top of the email, something with the UNRV logo on it. It makes the newsletter look 'more official'.

oh, you were talking of the actual newsletter, i thought we are still speaking of the box at the left side of the forum

Viggen, I regularly receive the e-mail version of the newsletter of The Freethought Society of Greater Philadelphia, which includes a letterhead and nice logo on it. They send it to me as an attachment, so I guess that would be how you might have to send out the UNRV newsletter if you wanted to include all the fancy trimmings. If you want to PM me your e-mail address, I'll forward to you a copy of the Freethought Society newsletter, so you can have an example.
