Just the sort of normal items that get thrown away, but mean more than famous speeches.

I have some of the photographic letters sent from over seas during WWII. They were censored, but the writers let one know what was going on. "Send me some... and a...." "God, I am wet."

When my grandmother died, I saved a bunch of my Grandfather's WWII stuff. I'll have to scan a couple and share as well.
