The Daily Grind

I've recently discovered a new situation to test my patience. I started entry-level at my unspeakable dayjob... after a promotion to a different position, I've now been 'promoted' to a position managing the 'entry-level' department. I don't think there is a better situation to be able to witness the overwhelming lack of competence and work ethic of the average American male.It actually saddens me to see these guys who bounce from job to job, never grasping the idea of 'earning', unable to use self-discipline to persevere and almost completely focused on clubbing, mislead relationships and drugs. Have there always been this many?

This is so good! If I'll get promotion one day it will be so fun for me most likely.

I bounce from job to job. Think this is my restless nature. I found good job not long ago. I like it (I'm guide in one of the most famous museums) but my salary is so little. I have other job too - aerobics trainer in sport club. It is good money but I hate this job.

It is hard to understand for me how can have patience on unspeakable day job. You got really worthy tribute for your patience.

There's a fundamental difference though. I doubt that you bounce between jobs because you lack work ethic or priciples. You're obviously very smart and you are setting and achieving your goals.

I used to move to a different state every year or less, simply because I wanted to go places.:D
