I've grown more and more apart from some people that I used to have daily conversations with. The girl that I dispise and hate but was still friends with, I now rarely talk to. Another person who I used to have conversations with is a Half-gothic Wiccan, who now hates me. My old friends seem to remain though, which is lovely for me. Aparently I'm the type of person that people love to follow around, which is to my advantage.

Oh its that damn time of the year again when you've just found out, crap, I just wasted a year of life and don't really want to go further in age(Imma also feel horrible with all these tests too). So it as with me tomorrow, I wish I was fifteen again. But then again, it's not so bad since turning 16, that can only mean a drivers license. Only thing I can wish is for an Xbox 360, a girlfriend, grow 6 inches taller(I'm only 5'8), and do really well in the upcoming lacrosse season.

The visit to the extremity of the Western Defences was hampered by poor weather. Ice, fog and bad light! I am submitting a paper on the Maccabee Revolt into my school's undergrad history jounral in hopes of it getting published so I have something really nice to present to a graduate school... I probably won't find out how I fare/ if it is accepted until the middle of Feburary...

well today i enrolled in Tafe (those who arnt in Australia Tafe is like a community college... im finishing my high school education there). I have returned from Vindolanda and Vercovicium with a massive portfolio of photographs. Dea Fortuna favoured the lone scout from UNRV moving quietly through the early morning mists to steal the images of the special places.I will spend some time editing and paring down , many of the shots I will load onto my own home site ( though its link is still defective) particularly the detailed "object" museum shots . For now I will post a couple of images in the miscellenia gallery .
Well the moment of truth is at hand. I'm meeting the Cultural Survey Consultant and the Chesterfield County Archaeologist at the site next Tuesday the 31st.

Yes yes yes, I need to vent. I'm completely upset today for no particular reason about the Terrorists! Stupid stupid stupid terrorists. I agree that western culture (american in particular) is far too sexual, and that something needs to change that, but I doubt they or we are going to get any where by being gun-slinging nut jobs on a stick....
Though my least favorite part, is knowing that its OUR country's fault for letting Iran become a nuclear power...
